Start a group challenge!

It's fun to work as a group to take actions that help the planet. But it's even more fun to challenge another group to see if they can keep up with you.

Through the site, you can challenge other groups - maybe rival sports teams, groups from your workplace or just others you've seen in the Living Planet Community - to increase their greenhouse gas savings, their number of actions or their number of members. You get to choose the time limit for the challenge (7, 30 or 60 days) and the stakes!

You can set the stakes from the options suggested in the Living Planet Community, or you can choose your own. Make the wager realistic and a fun motivator (perhaps the losing group has to donate $100 to WWF or publicly congratulate the winning team!)

Getting started is as simple as 1, 2, 3.

2. Create a group
3. As group leader, initiate a challenge from your group page

challenges are a great way to get everyone excited about helping the planet but in the end, there's no real loser - When the planet wins, we all win!
